Wild Awakening: Resources
Jessica Graham demonstrates that a deep spiritual life and an extraordinary sex life are not mutually exclusive in this keenly personal and unflinchingly frank guide to finding mindfulness in sex without losing the fun and adventure. Not only a toolkit for creating a rich and deeply satisfying sex life, this playful, explicit, and transformative book conveys the deeper message of how combining meditation with sex can bring about profound spiritual awakenings. Graham discusses everything from open-eyed orgasms to threesomes to how to deal with a partner with a low sex drive. From a sex-positive and nontraditional stance she explores non-monogamy, the benefits of pornography, sexual trauma, consent, and much more.

TIPS • Mindfulness meditation • Communication • Non-monogamy • Addressing sexual trauma • Discovering what turns you on • BDSM • Safety • Developing true intimacy • Threesomes • The sex-spirituality connection • Celibacy • Working with your partner(s) • Overcoming shame • Being in the moment

The truth is, the past often gets in the way of living life to its fullest. Do you feel emotionally drained, empty inside with thoughts of self-loathing? Maybe you are consumed with shame over memories or behaviors you cannot seem to control. Loss of sleep and an overall sense of irritability can overwhelm any sense of normalcy. This is not the real you- but how to get out from under it? Breakthroughs happen… when digging deep one needs an experienced hand to shine a light.

Jessica Graham
Jessica Graham is a spiritual and sexual activist, author, meditation teacher, and sex and intimacy guide. Her love of spirituality began when she was just a tiny wild child. For her 6th birthday she wanted everyone to hold hands and meditate and she could often be found in the woods communing with nature.
Jessica began studying meditating in earnest in 2008 and started teaching soon after. Jessica is inspired by many teachers, but most dear to her heart are Shinzen Young, Adyashanti, and Tracy McMillan.
After a series of awakenings that radically shifted her paradigms, Jessica dedicated herself to helping others awaken. Her take on spiritual awakening is that it is a wild never-ending story that unfolds moment by moment. She doesn’t believe that there is a graduation date or a final perfect state.
Jessica also has a great passion for exploring sexuality and helping others heal, evolve, and awaken sexually. Her interest in sexuality has been lifelong and she draws on years of experience when working with clients. She is the author of Good Sex: Getting Off without Checking Out, now available wherever books are sold.
Jessica is also an award-winning actor and filmmaker. Through her multi-passionate life, Jessica hopes to model that you can be all the things. She believes that we humans are wild and mysterious and deserve to flaunt our spots and our stripes.
Jessica has an incredible talent for giving advice and offering solutions and guidance to everyone—from the total meditation novice to the experienced practitioner. Her class has been paramount in deepening my practice, enhancing my life, and introducing me to other like-minded people.
Dedeker Winston, Relationship Coach and author of "The Smart Girl’s Guide to Polyamory"
Jessica has an incredible gift for this work. Her calm demeanor combined with total acceptance and amazing intellect channeled through years of meditation experience and inquiry create a therapeutic experience unlike any other I have tried. And I have tried them all. Whenever I commit and work with Jessica privately for any length of time, my life just gets better.
Arrowyn Ambrose, Social Entrepreneur and President & Founder of Story Tribe
Jessica Graham is one of the most innovative thought leaders in Los Angeles. Her leadership and support to the local mindfulness community is emerging as a powerful modern entity for presence, growth and acceptance practices. I know she will be one of the world's emerging premiere thought leaders in years to come because her work is on par with Tara Brach, Joan Halifax and Danielle Laporte.

Frequently Asked Questions
Ideally, thirty to sixty minutes a day, but I know this is not feasible for a lot of people. Ten minutes a day is a great start. Over time you’ll be able to build it up. And keep in mind that you probably have more time than you think you do.
Yes you can! Try Positivity Boost, an audio guided meditation with Jessica Graham right now!
There are also many guided meditations and even full classes available on Wild Awakening YouTube channel.
Every day. This is pretty much a non-negotiable. You will only receive the benefits of a meditation practice if you actually practice. Of course you’ll miss a day here and there. I do too! The trick is to get back on track the next day, without making a big deal of the missed day or judging yourself.
Wherever and whenever! For some people it can be helpful to choose a time of day and a specific spot to meditate consistently. The routine can be helpful, especially in the beginning, in remembering to meditate every day.
It’s nice to create a little area in your home that’s just for meditation. You can keep your meditation chair or cushion there, along with anything that inspires you to practice. But a specific place and time when you meditate isn’t a requirement.

Wild Awakening: Adventures in Spirituality
Waking up can be a wild ride and you don’t have to navigate it all on your own. Jessica will help guide you to paradigm shifts, deep personal insights, and psycho-spiritual awakenings. Waking up is not a magical thing that can only happen for those who sit on a mountain top for 40 years. Awakening is your birthright, and is much closer than you can imagine. Jessica nurtures and encourages your capacity to see through the illusion of a separate solid self and realize your profound connection to all things. There is no “graduation” on the spiritual path, so wherever you are there is always more to discover. Sessions consist of meditation, mindfulness, trauma and grief-resolution, writing exercises, and more. These sessions are not “one-size fits all.” Each one is tailored to the individual, taking into consideration their personal history and goals.

I've been taking classes with Jessica for about three years from now, and can honestly say that Jessica goes beyond anything one could expect from a meditation teacher. Pulling insights from a variety of meditation techniques, Jessica teaches specific ways to practice and provides ephemeral support during difficult transitions. In her classes, there's a lot of laughter and joy too.
