Spiritual, sexual, and creative awakening is your birthright

You are a wild and beautiful human with a great capacity to evolve and awaken. Through meditation, mindfulness tools, self-inquiry, and writing exercises, you can wake up to the stunning magic and profound simplicity of life.

Author, spiritual teacher, and filmmaker, Jessica Graham, created Your Wild Awakening to help guide you towards your most authentic spiritual, sexual, and creative expression. Jessica believes that trauma can be healed, resiliency can be learned, and brains can be rewired.

Jessica went from addicted, traumatized, anxious, depressed, and shut down to awake, resilient, emotionally and mentally balanced and available for all the beauty that life offers. She has led many others along this path to awakened wholeness. If she can do it, so can you.

Your Wild Awakening is 100% secular, and can easily compliment any spiritual practice or religious belief. Our teachings are straight-forward, down-to-earth, and dogma-free.

Your Wild Awakening is dedicated to helping you become more human through psychospiritual evolution, using meditation and self-inquiry. Venture into the wilderness and wake up.

Jessica Graham

Jessica Graham is a spiritual teacher, sex and intimacy guide, and author. Her love of spirituality began when she was just a tiny wild child. For her 6th birthday she wanted everyone to hold hands and meditate and she could often be found in the woods communing with nature.

Jessica began studying meditating in earnest in 2008 and started teaching soon after. Jessica is inspired by many teachers, but most dear to her heart are Shinzen Young, Adyashanti, and Tracy McMillan.

After a series of awakenings that radically shifted her paradigms, Jessica dedicated herself to helping others awaken. Her take on spiritual awakening is that it is a wild never-ending story that unfolds moment by moment. She doesn’t believe that there is a graduation date or a final perfect state.

Jessica also has a great passion for exploring sexuality and helping others heal, evolve, and awaken sexually. Her interest in sexuality has been lifelong and she draws on years of experience when working with clients. She is the author of Good Sex: Getting Off without Checking Out, now available wherever books are sold.

Jessica is also an award-winning actor and filmmaker. Through her multi-hyphenate, multi-passion life Jessica hopes to model that you can be all the things. She believes that we humans are wild and mysterious and deserve to flaunt our spots and our stripes.

Every day. This is pretty much a non-negotiable. You will only receive the benefits of a meditation practice if you actually practice. Of course you’ll miss a day here and there. I do too! The trick is to get back on track the next day, without making a big deal of the missed day or judging yourself.

Wherever and whenever! For some people it can be helpful to choose a time of day and a specific spot to meditate consistently. The routine can be helpful, especially in the beginning, in remembering to meditate every day.

It’s nice to create a little area in your home that’s just for meditation. You can keep your meditation chair or cushion there, along with anything that inspires you to practice. But a specific place and time when you meditate isn’t a requirement.
